Arise, Sir Tom
The image below became an iconic photograph of the Queen’s later reign. Captain Tom Moore became one of the heroes of the global health crisis after he walked 100 lengths of his garden for charity. The World War II veteran was also 100 years old at the time and captured the hearts of the world.

Hundreds of thousands of people called for a knighthood because of his social impact. Here is a photograph of the queen bestowing honor upon Captain Tom in front of Windsor Castle. Sadly, Moore later died as a result of the health crisis in 2021 (via Gov.UK).
