
49) Missing Lamp
How do you prove you’re missing something if you don’t have it? This customer service department surprised the internet with their baffling stupidity when they asked a customer to prove they never received a lamp. This person wanted to make a point that he didn’t receive the lamp by sending not one but five photos of their empty hand holding nothing but air. It looks like pretty solid proof. We’re not sure how customer service could argue against that. Kudos to this customer (via Kueez).
