King Charles III was recently coronated as the new King of England. Long in the public eye in his native country and the whole world, Charles was born to be a ruler and celebrity. Throughout his life, he grew up beside Princess Anne, Prince Edward, and Prince Andrew. He eventually even made history as the longest holder of the title of heir.
We all saw Charles in full regalia up on the screen during his coronation. And perhaps you’ve followed the lives of him and his family in the tabloids for years as well. But there’s much more to the new King than just what we see on TVBefore he became King, Charles successfully participated in numerous sports, attended college, and joined the Royal Air Force. We decided to look back at the most iconic photos of this Royal legend right here.
On November 14, 1948, Charles’ mother, Queen Elizabeth II, gave birth to a baby boy who would one day become the man who would rule the nation and make history. Charles III was born in Buckingham Palace in November and was baptized the following month (via US Magazine).
