The most affordable college in the smallest state in the United States is the University of Rhode Island because of its costs. URI’s main campus is in Kingston which is in southern Rhode Island. But there are several smaller campuses throughout the state. About 15,000 students attend the University of Rhode Island and study in one of 80 Bachelor’s and 49 Master’s degree programs. URI has eight separate academic colleges.
