This Karen victim experienced the full brunt of their force. They were working at a juice bar on a normal day before a crazy customer appeared. Needless to say, the woman didn’t have much respect for the employees earning minimum wage and treated them badly.
In the manager’s defense, it’s a tricky situation because Karens can damage businesses. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising but it can also be problematic if someone complains. Maybe they did the right thing even if the customer was an obnoxious person.
