No matter how busy you might be, you need to eat breakfast. It really is the most important meal of the day. You are more likely to have the energy and right state of mind to be as productive as possible.

If you tend to be a Debbie Downer who only focuses on the bad things, it’s going to be really hard for you to move forward both personally and professionally. If it’s really serious, this may be a sign of depression or an anger management issue. But sometimes, focusing on the negative can be chocked up to privilege and ungratefulness. Try to take a step back and see all of the good in your life and your career. Once you feel happier, it’s easier to move on and make good decisions.
