The city of Spokane has a lot going for it: beautiful nature trails, wineries, the list goes on and on. This is both a blessing and a curse. People who could only afford to rent are being priced out, and they are forced to leave. The city becomes more and more expensive. Sadly, the city has a large homeless population.
