These Animals Got Caught Being Hilarious Out Of Nowhere

8) The Lurking Cat

Whenever animals want food, they usually hang around the table in the hopes that their owners will accidentally drop a piece of food on the ground. This cat takes it to an entirely new level and lurks directly behind the plate. Maybe he’s hoping his owners won’t see him, and will accidentally fling something toward him. Either way, he was caught being funny. From the angle of the photo, it looks like his tongue is slowly creeping toward the plate of food. If he waits long enough, there will be an opportune moment when his owner turns around and he can secretly lick the food (via Bored Panda).
