Lil Jon and Ludacris Were Surprise Additions

We’re not sure what happened this year, but it seems like weirdness was common. Nickelodeon’s coverage of the Super Bowl was the strangest of them all, where they launched a kid’s telecast, featuring Spongebob Squarepants and Patrick Star. Some called it a wildly chaotic splash. The 49ers’ linebacker Dre Greenlaw was jogging into the field when he injured his Achilles tendon and was taken out of the game. It was later confirmed he had torn his Achilles tendon.
