There are tons of random health fads out there that seem questionable. Drinking your urine is one of them, but what about eating clay and dirt? Celebrity Shailene Woodley claims eating clay is good for your health. She says it’s good for your teeth and insides, but to make sure you double check your clay source. We don’t recommend loading your dinner plate with loads of clay anytime soon. In an interview, she said, “so, I’ve discovered that clay is great for you because your body doesn’t absorb it, and it provides a negative charge, so it bonds to negative isotopes.
