All of Taylor Swift’s properties are amassed to equal $150 million. Not only has she lived in sprawling estates throughout the years, but she even acquired three homes on a single block in the Tribeca neighborhood in New York City. She has quite the portfolio when it comes to real estate and does not shy away from scooping up the next best house, condo, or apartment. She uses them as places to celebrate holidays, like the Fourth of July, or house her guests. Some of her music has also been inspired by some of these estates

2009: The Penthouse Condo in Nashville

On Nashville’s historic Music Row, Taylor Swift purchased a 2 million dollar condo after “You Belong With Me” came out and hit the charts back in 2009. She and her family live in the 3,240-square-foot apartment in the heart of Nashville. Other notable figures, including Caleb Followill, had lived there. If you want to become Taylor Swift’s neighbor, you could snag the penthouse next door for $3 million. It’s even said she transformed the guesthouse into a recording studio.

It sits in the luxurious Adelicia building and has massive floor-to-ceiling windows with an open concept. According to Robb Report, “There’s an Olympic-size lap pool that comes with its private lounge where you can watch TV or order food from the catering kitchen. The building is also decked out with a five-level parking garage and a 3,000-square-foot fitness center with an on-site personal trainer and yoga room. ” The star designed the interior herself and described it as “Whimsically girlie,” and a style that has a “shabby-chic Alice in Wonderland” (via Robb Report).

2011: The Beverly Hills Cottage

After Speak Now hit the charts and made headway around the world, Taylor Swift decided to splurge out on a Cape Cod-style cottage in Beverly Hills, for a whopping $3.55 million. The home itself sits on nearly an acre and a half of land and has three bedrooms three bathrooms and a tennis court. But just before her Reputation tour in 2018, she sold the property for $4 million.

This home had a quintessential American architectural tradition and even had a one-bedroom guesthouse for Swift’s many friends and family members. The LA Times described it with “French doors open to the grounds, which include a patio with an outdoor fireplace off the back of the house and a lighted paddle tennis court. The guesthouse contains a high-ceiling living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom.” Surprisingly, she sold it, despite the home’s gorgeous low ceilings, central chimney, and center door (via LA Times).

2012: A Midcentury-Style Bungalow in Beverly Hills

Taylor Swift expanded her portfolio to yet another home in Beverly Hills, even though she already had one. This one cost $1.78 million and was a single-story midcentury-style bungalow. It stylishly featured a pool, garden, private courtyard, 1,000-bottle climate-controlled wine cellar, and a gourmet kitchen.

It was completed with skylights, high ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. She’d end up putting a considerable amount of cash into the home to make it top tier, including adding a new roof. It’s adorned with hardwood floors, exposed brick, wooden beams, and natural light that floods the room. The kitchen space sprawls and provides ample room for guests to gather around the granite island. There’s a stovetop and multiple ovens. Unfortunately, if you want to be Swift’s neighbor, you’ll have to chalk up a lot of cash. According to Money, “Even getting brunch at Swift’s favorite neighborhood spots will cost you. A cheese omelet at Sarabeth’s will run you $16.50, while Bubby’s charges $18 for a slice of avocado toast.” The condos around it cost between $2.2 million to $3 million (via Money).

For a whopping $25 million, Taylor Swift splurged when she purchased this mansion in Beverly Hills. It’s an expansive, luxurious Georgian Revival estate with seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Previously, Samuel Goldwyn owned it.

There’s also a two-room guest apartment, a tennis court, a poolhouse, and a pool.
