Some employers treat their employees like they are robots. They are constantly talking about productivity and numbers without taking human limitations into consideration. Your boss may be pushing you to increase production or sales higher and higher every week. Usually, this is not physically possible. If they are not taking into account that you were a human being with emotions and a physical body, this is a sign that your boss has lost touch with reality.
